Fast Delicious Spaghetti " Naked " for 2-3 persons

Heated olive oil and bring 2-3 cloves of smashed garlic until fragrant
Toss cut squid and prawn into mid heat olive oil and coriander leaves ( 1 part )
Sprinkle a bit of chilies flake
Add more olive oil and two spoon of butter
Add tomatoes ( cheery type better ) and coriander leaves ( 2 part ) also
you can add cut white mushroom to your liking
Spiced up with dry Rosemary ( fresh better ) and dry Oregano
Add Parmesan cheese
Add crushed black pepper and salt to taste
All above must prepared for less than 3/4 minutes
Once ready bring to the bowl and toss well with cooked spaghetti and
bit of olive oil to nicely uniformed

Top secret super! delicious Muar Yellow Mee Bandong for 3/4 persons

One onion ( shallots better ) and 3/4 cloves ( both cut or crushed ) of garlic to medium heat oil ( 1 ladle of oil )
Add 4/6 table spoon full of well blended dry chillies ( if love hotter add more )

Add 5 table spoon of crushed dry prawn ( soaked first with hot water to soften about 15 mins ) - this is top secret

Add sufficient water with diluted 1/2 beef cube ( from fresh meat better ) * enough to fully cover the mee for 4 plates once cooked ( like mee rebus )
Add 2.5 spoon of sugar
Add more heat and bring until oil separated
Add cut soft taofu
Add cut cooked beef
Add prawn ( skinless or not doesn't matter )

To much intense delicious flavor add hand full of " udang geraggau " and crushed fry peanuts ( about 3 spoon full ) - this is top secret

Add mee kuning ( soaked first with hot water )
Add 2 random cut tomatoes
Add salt to the taste and more sugar if required
Cracked 4 eggs to soup
Add coriander leaves and leafy vegetables ( pakcoy, kailan, sawi,cabbage your choice )
Thicken soup with diluted corn floor

Bring to the plates and enjoy! must try ok ( remember all ingredients above if more in quantity the better )

Too Fast Too Delicious Hotwheels Maggie Mee Kari ( Kari Letup better ) - 1 packet cooked

Heated oil
Put shallots and garlic until fragrant
Add 1.5 spoon of chili sauce and equal spoon of tomato ketchup
Put water and add more heat
Add kari packet Maggie
Add 3 cut cili padi
Sprinkle with Thai Fish sauce and bit of soy sauce ( no-no for salty type )
Once boiling add 1 egg and just about the yolk want to cooked remove the egg to the bowl
Then add the mee maggie for two mins.
Transfer to bowl and enjoy. Bring your Hotwheels car at side of the bowl.
