all i did today was machine down a bit of stainless for a new clutch push rod, and hardened the ends thumbs

hmm wonder if it will fit then, ahh well i can try. thumbs

only thing ive done recently is polish the caliper hanger, doesnt look too bad.
drill gave up its life for the cause though. Sad

i bought a drill from b&q for under a tenner cos i had a lot of polishing to do and i was gonna take it back if it packed in anyway so i kept the receipt ;anyhow did loads of work with it and its still going strong thumbs

well got the 1200 swinger today, after many hours of cleaning and chopping tabs of aloy off it looks like this.







much more work than i thought SadSadSad

think i will spend the rest of the night just looking at it lol. Rolling Eyes


oh ordered me suzuki billet emblems for the tank will post some pics when they come.

well re did my wiring loom 2nite, stripped all the old crap off and put proper loom tape on.
also stripped cleaned and greased the ignition switch as it was always very stiff.

some bad news though, swingarm got damaged in transit to "the stig" ,
hopefully he can mend it, will have so wait and see. SadSadSad

i know bloody parcel force, knew i should have delivered it my self.
its been damaged main bearing end, he says he has gotta take the bearings out and have a look, just hope he can save it. said he would let me know Sad
