The guy who's installing is fine, he doesn't do the supplying.

We've bought all the items from an independent supplier who then recommended the installer, a one man business, who's been really good - he has another job, recommended from the same supplier - and guess what...they're having the same problems.

Hi Sharon.. yes, Mark is doing well. This has been the easiest replacement so far (the fourth one). All of the leads were in good shape so was just a matter of switching out the boxes and reconnecting the leads. Surgery started at 9:30 and we were home by 1, with a stop included for take out sub sandwiches

sorry been busy trying to cram stuff in as library closes at 5pm today and im usually here till 6:30 doing dtuff but cant on friday&saturdays as closing is 5 pm
