thats the stuff you use to make your bike shine not the eastern european countrymen, just wondering what people use on their bikes, many years ago i used to use Autoglym http://www.amazon.co.uk/AutoGlym-Super-Resin-Polish-500ml/dp/B0011E06XA/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1308240234&sr=8-3 but i didnt like the fact it used to leave chalky residue in the cracks and crevices so i started using Motrax purple helmet polish http://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/motorcycle_parts/content_prod/81/2706 trouble is Motrax have gone t*ts up and its getting difficult to get hold of without paying through the nose what with postage and whatever so i need some suggestions.Been thinking about using a clay bar on the Ducati just like the Max power adplescents use like this http://www.amazon.co.uk/Meguiars-Quik-Detailing-System-Starter/dp/B0039O2GJM -

trouble with it is that because its so expensive, people dont use enough.wouldnt like to think its costing me £6.50 every time i wash my bike, but I usually just empty a litre of diluted janitol over my bike and it comes up like a new pin for 38p.its also good in the kitchen and bathroom. -
just thought i would share a little secret.i use this http://www.cromwell.co.uk/DEB7101113G to clean my bike, ive used it for over 30 years and its never caused any problems.just dilute it down spray it on then rinse it off with a hosepipe.I usually dilute it down about 8 parts water to 1 part janitol or i weight 125 grammes into a trigger spray bottle then make it up to a litre. funny thing is it looks smells and performs exactly like this but it works out at about 38p a litre.

if you watch again you will see the cars already moving when the bike comes over the brow of the hill so tbh you cant really blame the car driver, i would be more likely to say the bike rider should have seen the sign (the yellow diamond, presume it means theres a junction) and backed off a bit. (gets ready for backlash) -

theres a test of the TL1000 v firestorm in the latest Fast bikes magazine http://www.fastbikesmag.com/2011/05/24/new-issue-out-now/ My experience of big twins is that theyre lumpy horrible things to ride round town but out in the sticks where it really matters absolutely awesome and i wouldnt consider going back to a 4 cylinder -
i started going about 18 months ago after i saw the photos from holiday and decided enough. After about 14 months i lost 5 stone (started at 16stone 10 and lowest was 11 stone 9 and now im concentrating on maintaining my weight around 11 stone 11/12 ish. -

that looks perfect just wonder what the centre hole measures@bladerunner wrote:
My trailers wheels are smaller but theyre on a 100 pcd so im guessing its probably a standard size. The hole in my wheels measures 68mm,and seeing as these are designed to go on a trailer i would have thought you shouldnt have any trouble with them.If your not in any hurry i might be able to go to the store sometime next week and measure them for you. -

just checked it its not 1.5 meter its 2 meters even better, looking in demon tweeks catalogue theyre £130,result. I also got a johnny waterproof top that should have been £54 for £5 -
just got back from the BMF show.got some good bargains on offer especially on Motrax and Frank Thomas/BKS gear, probably cos theyve gone tits up.Saw loads of BKS Toseland rep leathers for £200,BKS gloves all £30,even them posh stingray ones.got to say though it seems to get smaller every year even though there were some bikes there this year,(emphasis on some)Got a Motrax branded English 1.5 meter chain and massive lock, thatcham approved for £30.think i better stay in for the rest of the month now to stop me spending any more money. -
