I would Add lots of nature and fresh air. Would remove all unneeded factories and threats to Earth. I would definitely change poachers to regular hunters who hunt by the law, change all bad people to realize what have they done, and replace the polluted air with the fresh one

1. More empathy. People shouldn't do to others what they don't want for themselves (more than a ruler, I should be a Godess to do that)

2. Wars (without them, there would be less hunger and deaths and the money destinated to arms could be for medicine advances, so we could be healthier).

3. The way some people gets rich exploiting the rest of the world.
