Problem with new Blue cc Mystery Boxes

Hi I've got a problem with the new cc blue mystery boxes, I have bought all three and they are not showing in my storage. I do however have the Lovely Desk already opened and in my storage. The cc has also been deducted and i'm not sure where to report the problem, I hope this can be fixed as I have bought the cc especially for the birthday celebrations.

I think from reading TOF that it is just a glitch with the new boxes. Hopefully they will sort it soon.
