This is something that I honestly dislike, one can make the fault of promoting too soon.
Yes, that happens.
But why would we straight out demote?
It only gives more shit.
In my opinion, one should just wait till the promotee screws up, then demote.
It feels like shit to be promoted, then demoted within a day

But, you have a point, and i'll recognize it..
Still, it was fault to promote in the first place, so it's my issue to have promoted in the first place, as opposed to the demotion z had to give.
