Forums Upgrade

I've noticed that some of our users uses the same skin. What would look neat is to put them around the boarders of the forum. How neat would that look? This is just a suggestion so let me know what you guys think ^.^ If it is not possible, no biggie, just that it would look awesome than a plain blue wall
