And, maybe spawn should sell spawn eggs for some mobs. Maybe that should go in the new spawn design.

Eh, is the server difficulty set to the point where the zombies will actually break down wooden doors? I believe that that is either "hard" or "hardcore" difficulty.

Also, if you do manage to find a breeding pair of villagers, you should probably set up some kind of villager breeder, and sell villagers to us.

Protip: (You probably know this) If you need to transport villagers long distances, shove them into a minecart and transport them like that. Shoving just takes too long.
