Can't join SMP at all.

I can't join SMP. Every time I try to join the server it comes up with the thingy that says

Connection Lost: Internal Exception: java.net.SocketException: Connection Reset.

Ph03b3 had the same problem as you and what she did is deleting minecraft completely then reinstalling it.
