Twilight's 'Breaking Dawn' to be split into two movies?

DeadlineHollywood.com reports that Summit Entertainment will split Stephenie Meyer’s fourth book in her Twilight series Breaking Dawn into two films. While that’s a likely outcome considering the first two films have earned over $1 billion in worldwide box office, Summit Entertainment is still reporting that nothing has been decided officially. Their exact words: “No decision has been made and as we have said all along we are continuing to work with Stephenie Meyer to bring BD to the big screen.” My guess is they announce officially their decision next week and then produce the movies back-to-back. For all you Twilight fans, here’s my question: where do you split the film? Remember the first and third sections of the book are narrated by Bella, while the middle half is all from Jacob’s point-of-view.

that is crazy and would be soooo much better if they did that. that book is way too long to be covered in 1 movie. they'd leave too many good scenes out if they tried to do it all in 1. can you imagine if they split it?? omg!!! i'm really excited!!

Yes I agree!

My suggestion would be book 1 and book 2 as one movie - Bella is still human in those two.

Book 3 - Bella's life as newborn vampire as different movie.

I think that would make most sense.

the new rumor is that it is going to be in 3D!!!!!

Can you Imagine it? 3D and on IMAX screen (like Eclipse suppose to be)?

IMO I think she will star in both parts of Breaking Dawn as the films won't be right without her - she ows it to her fans - after all Twilight made her star she is now.

yeah, i think so too. plus she' be hated if she doesn't! and who else would play her in the FINAL movie anyway? that would be so weird.
