No I felt pretty much the same way after I had the dream. It seems like a view of what America will be like if they continue on their current path. I have had three I believe dreams that are somewhat similiar but different in their own right about the future of America in the last four years. I do find it interesting that the dream had three groups or sub-dreams to it and it felt like it represented our nation, government, and people being degraded or eroded. Of course this might have been taking place for some time but I will pray I think the one good thing that stuck out to me was I wasn't hesitant to turn away from government assistance and even wanted too because I felt like God was taking care of me while others were so desperate.

I had a dream last night that my wife and me looked up at the sky because there were huge horse shoes that were red white and blue there were three sets and I cannot remember the combinations but they were like red and blue, white and blue, red and white, etc. Then I saw a great and mighty eagle flying through the air as if it was landing to catch some prey and the eagle vanished after awhile and was replaced by black birds or crows. My wife and I quickly went to the computer to see if other people had seen this sign in the sky. The dream then changed or I began another dream.

There was a very important man I think the president walking out of a building and into the parking lot and I knew he was in grave trouble. Me and many others wanted to protect him but were angry at him while the majority wanted him dead. When we got him out into the parking lot he ordered a game immediately as if to take our attention off of him because he knew he was in trouble. He had a group on one side and a group on the other side and when he would signal we would have to run and fight through each other to get to the other persons side but it was very brutal viscous blows etc. I remember wondering how so many blows could be landed and not more people were dead or wounded. I retreated from the game because I thought it was dumb. Once back inside the building after a brief fear from not being in the fight the scene changed and I was inside of a social welfare type building.

There were hundreds packed into this community social building all waiting in line to get a job or help of some kind. I remember thinking forget waiting in that line for that. I went to the back and suddenly I remembered I need to find my children like they called for my sons name and I found him and they weighed him and checked his height to see if he was healthy. This was freaky and I immediately looked to find my wife and other kids to get out of there when I found her and my kids we ran and there was a dramatic chase scene which I cannot remember.

I have had a dream similar to this but the building was my sisters house. In my dream I arrived at my sister's house and when I got out of my car there were tarantula's all over the front yard. I thought that they were evil spirits in my dream and began to rebuke them. Then the dream changed and I was inside the house I believe it has been awhile. My sister has struggled with drug abuse and I think this was a representation of addiction and the way that evil spirits gang around to torment people and have claimed a persons territory as their own. This is just my experience of tarantulas in dreams.

One thing that is interesting to me is that hitler represents a very distinct type of evil and he is showing up to many in dreams. We know that we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of darkness of this world against spiritual wickedness in high places. hitler died but the demonic powers that were influencing him and working thru him live on. We know that these demonic beings are only allowed to do what God allows them to do and God has seasons and appointed times for everything. It sounds like to me that these evil spirits that influenced hitler are being allowed by God to usher in a new season of war and genocide. I often have heard many preachers talk about how different regions of the world are affected by different demonic strongholds.

I cannot say that I know anything about this but I do find it funny the way your friend was being slick in order to hear a bit of info sounds like a really good friend!

I will be praying! God will grant you the courage and strength to endure till the end. I am so thankful that God in all His goodness gives us glimpses into the future to help steady our soul in the day of trouble He is so good.

I wonder if you are weak in an area of life or are feeling vulnerable? It is interesting that you said it had something to do with Christianity. Do you feel like any part of your life is not the way it should be like: personal witnessing, relationships, finances, etc. It is interesting that you were sick and the soldier felt compassion for you. Maybe this is someone that you would not expect to help you, in some way helping you in the future. I will be praying about this dream and I hope it is not literal, although I have heard like John 7 said that FEMA camps are being built all over the U.S.

We are living in times of great distress; the very signs which Jesus prophesied of in Matthew chapter 24 and Luke 21 are coming to pass. Just in the last year, typhoons, tsunamis, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, hail, drought, famines, mudslides and devastating floods have swept across our earth and killed thousands. Just in 2011 look at the horrific disasters we have had. My home state of Texas has seen the single year worst drought ever recorded since meteorologists have been recording weather here. Farmland around me has been ravaged and corn and other food crops were destroyed by drought and heat. The Mississippi river flooded and damaged in the neighborhood of two billion dollars of crops. Hurricane Irene swept up the east coast flooding acres upon acres of farmland. This is just some of the things that have occurred but it is clear that crops have been being destroyed all over the earth by storms. There has been a steady increase in temperature in the last decade and this increase in temperature is being predicted by the scientific world to have a direct correlation with increased nuisance insects. In other words the increase in temperature is going to bring on pestilence. Earthquakes have been the cause of major tsunamis and destruction. And on this very day the disarranged Iranian leader mahmoud ahmadinejad stood up in the UN proceedings and attacked the truth of the holocaust, those responsible for the September 11th attacks, and proceeded to spew anti-Semitic slurs. Nations are forming sides and intensity is building. Our economy has, and despite what the media and politicians are saying, still is in recession and unemployment is detestable. Our economy will only get worse leading to increased inflation and increased poverty. This is undeniable it IS happening right in front of our eyes. Parents are slaughtering their children and children are murdering their parents. Our society is being infiltrated at every angle by: rage, murder, hate, violence, war, alcohol, drugs, pornography, homosexuality, adultery, false prophets, selfishness and an overall mood of indifference. We are a society that places entertainment over righteousness, a falsehood over the truth. We try and complicate and pervert the simple truth of God to justify our multitude of sins. Here is a verse that reminds me of this generation.
Romans1:18-32
18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, 19 because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. 20 For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, 21 because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22 Professing to be wise, they became fools, 23 and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man—and birds and four-footed animals and creeping things.
24 Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, 25 who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.
26 For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. 27 Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.
28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; 29 being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality,[c] wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers, 30 backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31 undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving,[d] unmerciful; 32 who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.

We are seeing men’s hearts failing them being overcome with fear but in these times we have a plethora of Biblical scriptures to draw strength from. Jesus instructs us to look up because our redemption draws near. In the book of Isaiah (ch 8) we find a scripture for us:

11 For the LORD spoke thus to me with a strong hand, and instructed me that I should not walk in the way of this people, saying: 11 For the LORD spoke thus to me with a strong hand, and instructed me that I should not walk in the way of this people, saying: 12 “ Do not say, ‘A conspiracy,’ Concerning all that this people call a conspiracy, Nor be afraid of their threats, nor be troubled. 13 The LORD of hosts, Him you shall hallow; Let Him be your fear, And let Him be your dread. 14 He will be as a sanctuary…”

This gives us a clear and precise message of how we are supposed to act under distress. We are to fear God, to hallow His name. He will be our sanctuary our strong tower. This verse is for us today.

Matthew24:12-1412And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
13But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
14And this Gospel of the Kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations, and then shall the end come.

We are living in a generation where people’s love is waxing cold but there is a promise that we have to lean on. We must endure to the end, we must not allow circumstances to destroy our faith in God. If we simply stand for righteousness and endure we shall be saved.

God is so good what a special dream

yeah i thought of this dream this morning when i turned on the news especially seeing that the us has close ties with japan and they have several naval bases stationed in hawaii. It would make sense seeing that this happened in the sea and ships were involved.

the only thing i have for this dream is dont focus in on bow wow because usually in dreams people are symbolic for other people or even things. bow wow could have been symbolic for someone that you know and think is handsome or someone you look up to or admire.

sounds like an attack of some sort something that you might not be expecting kinda like u wouldnt expect a snake to float or fly. the snake is attacking you in a way that u wouldnt expect it to or think that it could. so it will probably come either from an unexpected place or in a unexpected way

this is a really intrigueing dream could it be that the scene repeated itself three times because there has been three wars: the first war in iraq, the war in afghanistan, and then the second war in iraq. The flying machine is probably symbolic for planes and helicopters the major mode of transportation for our soldiers. He was doing humanatarian aid and it was not his idea of what war should be. Sometime over in war he hits rock botttom and falls on his face. Because of the rigours and mysteries of war he is broken and changed and others do not understand his pain. They dont like to look at him in this unfamiliar state. He is happy to be with his family and is also sad and wonders if they will be the same. This is just my own intrepretation

I really enjoyed your story butterfly its neat how you used a tool like that kinda as a reset button to cancel out sinful thoughts. It is hard sometimes to constantly filter my own thoughts especially when i am tired and my mind just kinda goes on auto. I might try to come up with something similar to that to help me. I totally agree with you on leaving open doors to sin and attacks. I try to cancel out evil thoughts and things as soon as they pop in. I have noticed over the years the more persistent I am on a specific area being targeted the less I get targeted. That makes sense to me though because demons are at war and their always going to try and attack us where we are weak and not strong.

Wow what an awesome dream here are two verses in the bible about Jesus on a white horse. The first one is debated if it is Jesus or not because later on in revelation there is another reference to a rider who is faithful and true obviously Jesus but some people believe the first reference is Jesus too. I included the first one because i thought it was interesting how it had a bow in it.

I looked, and there before me was a white horse! Its rider held a bow, and he was given a crown, and he rode out as a conqueror bent on conquest

my personal intrepretation would be that these gold things were people like you, that are going through the trials of life. I dont know how you felt about these items of gold though. Gold in the Bible represents wealth pretty much in revelation it talks alot about crowns of gold for the saints. Gold is interesting because of its symbolic nature it is extremley durable is not affected by oxygen or water bends into almost any shape without breaking and probably is so expensive because since the beginning of these qualities have been revered. In short its pure and stands alone in the metal class. In my own dreams i have had intrepretations of gold standing for me after I have come through a trial the fire of the trial burns up everything and all that is left is gold.

The bow in the Bible either stands for a weapon of war or a symbol or amount of strength. It is noted as a skill though people had to train on it to become good. Obviously Jesus wasn't shooting at you to kill you so maybe its symbolic its Jesus way of empowering you or arming you with His power or annointing. Think about it like this it takes great skill to use a bow in war it would take unprecedented skill to use a bow as a instrument of friendly delivery. After hearing your last post it seems like the women is going to the doctor because she feels that it is the right thing to do. She has been involved with this hospital for some time. I think the doctor has importance in that we look to a doctor in life to diagnose our health problems and treat us. we trust them and the authority that they have. It would make sense if the doctor represented religion because many people put their trust in religion and look to it for all the answers. When all it really offers is important sounding titles and neatly wrapped boxes with worthless powder inside. Many people are blinded and think that by following a sacred ritual out of duty it will save them. Religion doesnt love or care it comply's with law (with the letter) without compassion or mercy. I love this dream because it is filled with such a painting of love and truth. God loves us so much and He has everything we will ever need and He is just wanting to fill all of our holes and bridge all of our gaps. Human nature though seeks to find answers through our peers and rely on what we can see and on what we have experienced in the past. I cant fathom how frustrating it must be for God to see us wasting so much energy into things that dont matter when He is right there with open arms. Im sure at any time the woman could of gotten into the car with her bethrothed and rode away and never returned. Dear God please help us to depend on you and not men.

Ive always been under the impression that christians are to be simple minded concerning evil. I think sometimes we give the devil too much credit by trying to figure out how he works. satan is real and his demons are real and demons are assigned to us just like angels are assigned to us but as a child of God we dont have to learn about satans army to have success. As a child of God we are more than conquerers through Jesus Christ our Lord. I love what you said Mia its so true demons only know what they see or have heard. Only God knows the beginning to the end.

I have high school dreams alot that sound very similar to your college dreams. Usually in my dreams about school they represent some sort of learning or new insight that I am about to undergo in my life. Often times aftyer these dreams I learn a bit of information about God or something else. It usually is something new that I havent seen before some nugget of truth. These dreams have also represented my social status and where I fit in. Sometimes I have noticed that I feel like I am being subjected to my high school buddies scrutiny and compared to their successful careers. I dont really have a relationship with them at all its just the way I feel in the dream like they are scrutinizing me. I always give God the glory for loving me like I am after I wake up and these dreams always draw me closer to Him. I know that inspite of where I am in life compared to others it doesnt matter to God. Thats the two things that these dreams have manifested in my life hope this helps

WOW!!! now thats a dream. I think your right on with the young woman being the Church. I think this dream is so awesome because I totally see the symbolism. To me the docter represents satan and how we subject ourselves to his authority and plans. The doctor clearly hates her and wants only to destroy her within the limits that have been set up for him. As a child of God we have His love and fellowship and God will destroy the enemys plans hence the bag is destroyed. God is so good!!! This is a beautiful portrait of Gods love and a realistic view of how tenacious and evil the enemy is. Thats my thoughts on it

I have long debated this with my wife for it certainly seems that dreams are given to me by the devil. I think back at all the dreams that I have had and think of evil demonic and frankly sinful dreams that I have had before, that dont apply to my thoughts or my character. My wife told me where she stands and challenged me to find Biblical references of where satan was allowed to enter our dreams or tempt us with dreams and I have not been able to find proof. After reading this post though something came to me and I would like to share it. There are tons of places where God has done things that seem out of character from our perspective. The bible sais that God hardened pharoes heart, the Bible sais that God sent an evil spirit on saul after he had disobeyed Gods commandments, In the book of Job job says that God gave him terrible dreams, the frightful dream that nebuchadnezzar had and daniel interpreted twice first about the kingdoms and secondly about how the king was going to eat grass like oxen. It is plainly evident that God does send evil spirits and terrible dreams and visions to men. From my limited and quite frankly bleak existence these things seem out of character for a loving and caring God. The Bible clearly states though that God does not change that He is the same yesterday today and forever. I also know that God is just and He loves me and everyone so much that He sent his only begotten Son to die for us. So whats my point? Its that God knows the beginning from the end He knows which of us is going to walk with Him and be faithful to the end and He also knows which ones wont. This is hard for us to grasp with our perspective of time but God doesnt live in time He is not constrained by time He is able to do anything. The word of God says in Job 33:14-18 For God does speak—now one way, now another—
though no one perceives it.
15 In a dream, in a vision of the night,
when deep sleep falls on people
as they slumber in their beds,
16 he may speak in their ears
and terrify them with warnings,
17 to turn them from wrongdoing
and keep them from pride,
18 to preserve them from the pit,
their lives from perishing by the sword

This verse stuck out to me because it tells us why God sometimes gives us dreams to terrify us with warnings. At the end of the day God is love thats what He is and He gives us warnings to help us. There are plenty of dreams that i have woken up from and thought that they are from the devil but it seems there is no verse in the Bible to back that up. I can not say either way because I dont know Im not God and im not satan. What I do know is that if God wanted to show me a demonic dream that would shake me and change my heart and point out an attack or anything he is not limited by my box.
