  1. I have an interesting dream that has been already been interpreted some time ago...

The setting was the Arctic shelf, nothing but ice for miles in all directions except for the shoreline. The water was a dark inky blue, not transparent at all. I was there alone with a few necessities, on a mission for a magazine like Nat Geo to study and care for a flock of arctic sea gulls. I remember being really involved with that particular group, naming each one and knowing who's mate was who's.

The scene changes and I get a glimpse of the inside of a military helicopter. There are two Russian men inside, one the pilot and another a lower ranking official of some sort. There were actual subtitles in my dream, and even though they spoke Russian I understood that they hated the gulls, and therefore me, and were on a mission from a rival entity to destroy us both.

A metal grate attached to the copter by four chains was lowered from the bottom of the helicopter onto what appeared to be an ocean surface. On the metal grate, inches above freezing cold water, was a newborn baby. It looked so perfect and innocent, but in grave danger.

Suddenly a long wooden box with no top was lower into the ocean, and inside was an alligator/crocodile. I soon realized that the Russians in the helicopter were trying to lead the alligator through the water, and that the baby was bait to make sure that it followed them.

My view panned back and I realized that the alligator, and the helicopter, were heading toward the arctic shore where I and my flock of gulls were residing. Their purpose was to destroy us, but especially the birds.

This is my dream in its entirety. Good luck!

  2. Two nights ago I had a three part dream that I will describe as here as briefly as possible.

    Part One: Emotions are mild...
My family (my mother, two brothers and sister) and I went to try out a new local grocery store filled with high end foods.I felt at a pleasant sense of lightheartedness.
As we walked across the parking lot toward the automatic doors, we noticed something like jet stream of pollution high in the sky, shooting west toward the sun. After making a note of this, we all went inside and began shopping, splitting up to make the trip faster.
My sister and I went toward the bakery even though sweets weren't on the list, in the hopes of finding a deal and convincing Mom to buy some anyway. In a glass display were some doughnut holes with a sign that said 8 cents a pound. My sister tried one and so did I, only to realize afterward that the real price was $5.08 per pound--way too much.
The man behind the counter came to assist us, so my sister and I suddenly had to chew and swallow stealthily while making a polite getaway. We managed to get away without being charged with shoplifting.

    Part Two: Emotions are stronger...
All of us were in our house telling bible stories, along with a girl friend of ours. The main story ended up being that of Ahab, Jezebel, and Elijah. The emotion was that of happiness and concentration.
Eventually we started playing a game of chase in which one boy would be "it" (Ahab), and one boy (Elijah) and one girl (made up character, like Elijah's mom or something) would avoid being caught. Our friend took my place as the girl and I directed everybody in their lines and characters.
Everyone would start out in the bedroom closet and "it" would count to 10. Then the chasees would run out in all directions and the chaser rode out on a flying, wheelless go-cart contraption, decorated like a royal chariot.
The girl friend of the family (who in real life is still learning about the bible) made the mistake of calling on the spirit of Jezebel within the game. Horrified, I paused everything and explained that Jezebel's was evil and why she should not be invoked. She caught on and quickly changed, and the game continued.

Part Three: Emotions are strongest and dream is most vivid...
The scene changes and I am on a set directing a play-like movie of the story of King Ahab and his wife Jezebel. The set really struck me as absolutely perfect for a scene about idolatry. It was a large, rather shadowy room, completely empty except for a huge altar in one corner of the room.
I remember wanting to shoot a film that explains the psyche of the two evil characters just as much as Elijah's. The perfect Ahab actor had been cast already, and I was on set to hear an actress read for the role of a young priestess.
The actress turned out to be pop singer Lady Gaga. She came in wearing full hair and make-up, and when she read a conversation with Ahab I got chills. She was so perfect at everything about the role. I looked at her and then at him, then said, "No. No. You aren't the assistant, you are the High Priestess."
Both the Ahab actor and Lady Gaga nodded with satisfaction. She looked totally unsurprised.

Sorry for the length, but this dream is strange to me and I really want to know what it means. Thank you all!

  3. Hello, saints of God!

Formed a new topic in the teachings forum and forgot to say hello first!

I am a believer in Christ with a huge drive to learn more about the Lord, the kingdom of God, the spirit realm, and the way they interact with human beings.

While I do NOT have a taste for the inherently creepy, I feel that we were created to interact with the spirit realm through CHRIST (and no one else) as exemplified through Adam and Eve walking and talking with God in the garden. Closeness to God should be normal, not strange, and dreams are one way He communicates with us.

Music is also a huge interest of mine, and I love to study its relationship to both realms.

This is me in a nutshell, happy to be a part of this site!

  4. Hello, brothers and sisters in Christ!

I have been a christian for quite a while and have a pretty good grasp of God's ways and his word, but as I grow in his grace and knowledge I find that I have even more to learn.

Recently I have been studying and praying on the subject of auras. My first reaction to the word aura was that of utter disbelief simply because everyone around me that claims christianity has always had the same reaction. Then something told me to at least find out what they were before I mistakenly passed an inaccurate judgement.

Knowing what I know of physical science and the biblical (true!) account of creation, the basic concept of auras seems to ring truth. A few scriptures that interest me concerning angels (who are spirits) in the old testament prophetic books describe them being of a certain fiery color when fresh from the battlefield, then looking rather normal at rest. Auras supposedly change color based upon mood and energy expenditure.

I have a theory that perhaps auras are a scientific fact about the way God made us. I would appreciate anyone's feedback, but please provide a real argument rather than a quick initial judgement. If this is wrong, Iwould like to know how and why to avoid becoming entrapped in the future, but if it is right then I would like scriptural support so that I can really know the truth.

Thank you all and God bless!
