Whats your favourite chapters in the Twilight saga bools?

Im reading the saga for the 3rd time now lol and i was curious to hear which chapters are your favourites? AND what your favourite quote from that chapter is?
My favs from Twilight are:

Theory - About three things I was absolutely positive. First, Edward was a vampire. Second, there was a part of him - and i didnt know how potent that part might be - that thirsted for my blood. And third, I was unconditionally and irrevocably in love with him - Bella
Confessions - "And so the lion fell in love with the lamb" - Edward
Mind Over Matter - "Dont be self-conscious, if i could dream at all it would be about you and im not ashamed of it" Edward to Bella
The Cullens - "Your hair looks like a haystack.....but i like it" - Edward

my favorite part of Twilight (book 1) is the scene in the cafeteria on Bella's first day at school when the Cullen's walk in and jessica is blabbing on about them. i love the look on Edward's face when jessica says something like "no one at this school is good enough for him" or something like that...sorry, i can't remember the exact line.
but i love that scene in both the book and the movie!
