Slimming World

OK this is going to be mainly for UK members

Do you follow Slimming World? If you do - how do you stay motivated (and keep sticking to it?)

I'm having bad time lately and I need help - I just can't be bothered to cook, plan meals (and don't get my started on excercise)

Any advice? How do you do it?

sorry hun, cant offer any advice here.
I'm not one for dieting. Sad

Maybe drink more water? I read somewhere that when people think they are hungry they are often actually thirsty....so this might work?
