OMG!! Wear Sun Cream...Seriously

My shoulders are on fire.....I could probably cook an egg on them right now.

You all know how i went for a workout this morning at the park....Well..I didnt know the sun would be sooo hot....

I was out from about 11am this morning till 6pm this afternoon and Im burned sooo bad.

I thought id only get a tiny tan but...I couldnt have been more wrong!!

So like i said...The next time someone tells you that you should put sun cream on before going to....

Listen to them!

Iv learned my lesson, Its time me me to pass it on!
