How do you get granted special access? For example, if you click FAD or BAC it would come up with something saying " sorry, only users granted special access can..."

at the top of your page...click on groups

It will then give you the option to join any of the groups.
Once you have joined (you will have to wait until the group mod accepts) you will be able to view and post

What would happen if someone asked for joing to Lea75 group? I always laugh at that option

No, it's impossible to join, it only appears in the list
