Kokonee 0 Posted December 10, 2010 I actually met Ursula Le Guin!! Her books are the whole reason I started enjoying reading Science Fiction...and there she was at a book signing! I knew she lived in the Portland, Oregon area but hadn't "bumped" into her. She is a lovely lady, who seems very kind and "laid back". I wish I hadn't been so "gaga-stupid" while I was talking to her! Some of her books:The Wizard of Earthsea TriologyThe DispossessedLeft Hand of DarknessThe Word for World is Forest (If you love Avatar, read this! She wrote this first!)The Lathe of Heaven
