Tiddly Winks 0 Posted October 11, 2011 Best to let Wikipedia describe it:Phineas Bogg (Jon-Erik Hexum) was one of a society of time travelers called Voyagers who, with the help of a young boy named Jeffrey Jones (played by Meeno Peluce) used a hand-held device called an Omni (which looked much like a large pocket watch) to travel in time and ensured that history unfolded as we know it.It's a really fun show because Phineas doesn't know squat about history, and has to rely on the Jeffrey to sort things out for him. He relied on his guidebook, but that got devoured by Jeffrey's dog. I guess that might have been where kids came up with the idea of a dog eating their homework.
