2/find the pic on your pc



3/click on the pic then open



4/Save



5/Edit



6/ Resize



7/ Preset large 640 x480



8/Apply



9/ Replace original



10/ all albums then just brouse



11/click on img code/ right click copy



12/ right click paste in to topic on this forum



13/ press preview or send and you should have your pic on this forum
