Tinhead 0 Posted February 4, 2011 As an alternative....I gunned up a small square of concrete in the garage, dug down about a foot then set an iron bar in the floor about 6" down then set this in concrete. I left the hole large enough to get a chain around the bar but so that with the wheel over the top, the bar is inaccessible. inaneredstripe 0 Posted February 5, 2011 ive got a steel box about 6 inches square concreted into the floor with a 10 inch long piece of solid 1 inch bar through it. plate drops into the top when not in use. got mine at newark auto jumble a few years back.
