Davehutch-hutchs 0 Posted February 27, 2011 Brought a new TV towards the end of last year and i can with a samsung wireless lan adaptor connect to a wireless network (not got the adaptor) they are about £50-£60 and they say you need the samsung one , If i go and spend the money and get one what are the benefits ? can you explain in simple terms , I am only a bricklayer Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

trebor4460 0 Posted February 27, 2011 you will be able to stream films, programmes to your tv via your broadband connection, iplayer, itv catch up service, ect, any ones that you stream to your comp can be done on your tv, if the Sony one is capable you could also stream films, music ect from your comp to your tv. if there is a browser software built in you can also browse the net as you do on your comp.streaming podcasts, radio ect can also be played on the tv. google tv is a gud example, although only available in the us at the moment, Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
