It would appear that 3 weeks have passed. Thoughts? Findings? Complaints?

Problem with promoting in the beginning. Minor cases.
-Promoted her cousin from pupil to mason bit too early (at ~15hours).
-Promoted someone to rookie at just 30mins.

Not sure has she learned undox, nor has she been really taught it.

Eric already clarified how rookie and pupil ranks are achieved. It's primarily on build and secondary on time. So if a person makes a good build (above average for a novice) in just 30 minutes, the promo is valid.
