How to setup trade signs

It's been asked a lot, there use to be a topic explaining it long, long time ago but not sure what happened to it. I looked it up and this is what I've found.

To sell a item, you grab a sign. Type the following below and replace the values with what you want.
[Trade]
$money
1 Itemname: 64

Now for information on that values listed above,

For [Trade] this must always be listed on top.
For $money this is the value of the item you are selling, the ammount somebody has to pay for the value of 1. So say you put $100 and on line 3 put 1 you will sell 1 of that item for $100 each. If you put 2 you will sell 2 of the items listed for $100.
For itemname this is name of the item you are selling, the name is specific so make sure its right or you can get it right by trying it a couple times. You may I believe also use the items ID # which can be found by googling them.
For 64 this is how many of the items you wish to sell or buy, you can change this to whatever number you wish so long as you have that many of that item in your inventory. The item must always be in your inventory.

For buying items, use the format listed above using the same info explained.
