After calling kisuke a cunt and kicking her few times for little things such as calling mou dumbie, I kick mou for abuse. As he came back he decided to start banning people, unbanned them afterward tho. He's now banned for 24h by kev, and appearantly has announced another resignation. Even if he decides to come back, I think he's too unpredictable to have mod capabilities.

I stick to my point. How I see things is that Mou can be a good guy, but at times he kicks people for little or nothing and turns into a rude asshole. Before returning when he was an artisan and occasionally visited, he was pretty rude and trolled some random novices atleast on one occasion. I dont know is this part of his "technique to find out what people are really like". But banning people (zac didnt have anything to do with what was happening) as retaliation/demonstration of abuse is just unacceptable.

What I don't entirely understand is the situation with Kisuke. I don't see any posts or talk regarding her kicks/bans or even Kevin's explanation as to why he lifted the bans. I know all this happened rather quickly, but communication is still key. Maybe you can enlighten me, Eric/Doom?

As for Mouf, I'm aware that he can be a bit erratic at times. I don't understand his reasoning in banning somebody just to make a point, though... that to me is rude and not how our staff should operate whatsoever. You can show different sides of your personality without causing a ruckus.

EDIT: Also, I think a temporary (or possibly even permanent) demotion is in order for Kev. Thoughts?

What I know of kisuke's kicks and ban I've posted above, not all of it but I don't have the logs. Basicly mouf was talking about wishing there was a silent hill texture pack so he could make a silent hill map. He seemed bit "moany" about it to which kisuke responded telling him to go make one "...noobie" and "..dumbie", there might have been something harsher but I don't remember anymore. As for the kisuke ban/unban case, I wasn't on.

I think demoting kev might just drive him away, he should just be told that he isn't above others with the console access, not to fly solo, and not to judge with his dick (just my speculation on the ban/unban case, kev is protective of the girls. You should askto him why he did it).

As for kisuke, If she keeps being rude on people for no reason, I think she should get penalty for it.

Alright so here's what I think of all this.

Kevin for me or eric or sharok I'm pretty sure, is a pain in the ass.

He is nice sometime when he speak friendly with the other players but he is obviously thinking that he rule the world or something.

When I first asked for a regular account in the IRC, not as an OP, just as a regular user, he said NO why should I give you access if your not even playing in classic? I was like who the fuck he think he is? He should of just give me an account, it isn't much.

After that huge drama, he pretty much had no choice to make an account for me as EVERY GM asked him to make an account on irc for me.
(Even though, he said that he don't care about gm decision, he only want to get a yes from Onion.) I'm like ... wtf is that kid.

For him, the #aitm irc was only for classic which makes no sense since aitm includes 2 servers (SMP and Classic)
That's one thing.

Now an other thing. When it comes to an upgrade or a special features that comes into All in the mined such as an official website for AITM instead of just a regular forum, he kind of didn't take it or something. I got no specific proof of that but the way he act is like hmm I don't like that website! I have no control on it! He like the fact of having power and this is bad. I've been working as an administrator for more than 7 years and I've lived through all these ranks and had similar situations. Having control power means greater responsibility and these power in the wrong hands give shitty problems all the time.

An other thing. He recently lied to Lunny I think about a player cheating in the server which he got caught and then excuse me. I might not play but I monitor the classic chat and smp chat so I kind of see things.

In terms of banning, Kev is looking for a small potential reason to ban someone. Moufisto will be my example. I agree that banning someone to show what's abusing is like saying do not kill anybody and show an example by killing someone... It makes no sense but at leas, he make some excuses and stop doing that mistake. He is making other mistake though but its not like if he was banning someone each time he is mad. He is probably doing something stupid cause he got mad by someone even more stupid and in that case, that person would be Kevin. Like Moufisto said, he didn't bought his rank or anything, he deserved that rank. He won that rank by winning the respect from all the staff and also by doing the main objective of Minecraft, CONSTRUCTION.

I'll stop with that last thing,
Kevin give shit at long terms which makes it even more terrible. Cause if he was causing a lot of trouble all at once well obviously, he wouldn't have gotten that rank. By making some "Bitch" action at long terms, we don't really see it as we are like oh ok he did that mistake and then, we just forget what he did.

I'm sorry Onion but even you should of have seen that before. I'm pretty sure you have received many private messages about him by me or eric. You never replied and you were not there during the time where he abused of his rank commands. At least, you saw what he did yesterday to you and if I may, I'll make a similar quote of what he said to you: Onion is gay cause he join SMP.

This is for me a disrespect for his own server. The community is similar so the fact that he says that makes him look bad towards the staff of SMP. I think he dislike SMP cause he is not GM in it and he is considered like a player in it and he might haven't noticed but even Eric is playing as a regular player and Sharok of course.

Here is what I suggest: I want Kevin to be depromoted as he do not show any mature decision
AND
I want Moufisto to be unban if that's not already done. Moufisto should also keep the Expert Rank.

* Lowering the rank of Kevin might affect his way of playing in the server and as a matter of fact, he might left. I don't care if its permanent or temporary, I just want him to be replaced. Being delevel by an Admin will probably learn him that their is always someone that have higher commands so abusing is not an option.

There is no posts because she's an artisan. Except the Promotion and Demotion topic, I don't feel like giving a big explanation on why I banned someone that rank. The baninfo part on them is enough. And to be honest, I completely forgot about that topic because I didn't demote someone for a long time. If only I knew it would have come to this, I would have posted.

Like Doom said, Kev has favourites. When you do something to them, NUHUH unban. Even if you talk to him, he's been doing that for quite a long time. He'll just PM some people and then blow it out on the forums or in-game.

Console is too big of a responsibility when someone hungry for power is using it. Promote/Demote/Ban/Unban/Talk with console. Kev was constantly using it, crashed the server a couple of times. That's when I realised he had access. Because Kev hates pretty much who is "higher" than him, I knew a blame would come if I shared the same responsibility with him. So I asked to remove my access.

As for demotion, removing the console access will avoid these kinds of problems. I personally feel he should get a demotion, but that's just me. He's just sitting in his throne all day, checking the logs and talking about nothing but sex stuff. <--- Sometimes near harassment or just plain disgusting.

@Doom Kev brings nothing to our server. He had one thing to do : maintain the server. Founding an IRC channel, anyone can do that. Even onion-bot. He goes in-game when there's a problem with his favourites. But else, Why? "Because I haz top servers on the list I have to moderate" as in this one isn't important at all. (this is when we were on page 2. We had a lot of novices. But like he said : I am on page 1)
What is going to happen if Kev leaves? I can't think of anything. If he's a huge dumbass, he'll pm some people in IRC and ask them to go on one of his server.

@Servers I don't even know why we are insulting people for joining SMP. It's the full minecraft. It was requested. Sharok created the server, but it was hell. So I took the dev part. I see all these jokes of "If you join SMP, you're a noob." "If you join SMP you aren't one of us." At first I thought it was a joke, but it keeps getting repeated all day without any context whatsoever. This is just disgusting for me, sharok and flamix for spending all their free time to create a balanced server, manage a web server and making graphic stuff. I don't force people to play. People come and go of SMP and Classic.

@Aezir This is true, but I preferred to keep the drama to myself. If you posted that in another section someone would have cut you, saying "DO YOU HAZ LOGZ?", "YOU CANT HATE ON MY KEVVY?". People will judge the person before the situation and you'll be left alone. You can't really change something that high in classic, but thanks for your opinion.

Just a clarification, I had to give him full access for the forums. He usually doesn't use adept+ section, but I guess he had to this time. Sharok and I know him irl, we gave it so he can do stuff alone.

It is already too late.

He knows that he is in trouble. That's why if you talk to him, he will answer your questions with a mature attitude. It will be like this until the problem is solved. Give it one month and he will return to where we left. The problem is : we won't notice it until he does something bad and we bring it up.

So technically, Kev needs to be constantly in trouble to act like a normal person. That means there will always be drama.

That's why I am just waiting and feeding the drama.

Splitting the player base? Are you serious? That means if he does something next month, there will be more people quiting. Why not do it now?
