it's the + / - sign beside his post. you click the + sign to give rep.

bellow the "im online" message in my post in the right top corner... you will see a + and a - sing. click the + for good rep. that way when you finish a trade your rep will go up, and members will feel more confident to trade with you

I see where it says Reputation, and I see the Check box next to it. I'm still not sure how to click the plus. .
