  1. First performers announced for 'Idol Gives Back' April 1, 2010 | 2:57 pm Season 4 "American Idol" winner Carrie Underwood, the Black Eyed Peas, Alicia Keys, Annie Lennox and Jeff Beck have been announced as performers for this year's "Idol Gives Back," which airs April 21. Additional artists will be revealed in the coming weeks, but some in the "Idol" studio audience have already seen a smattering of the stars who will be on hand for the massive charity special, including Chris Rock and David Duchovny. Recently, Jennifer Garner visited a school in Kentucky as part of "IGB's" campaign to encourage literacy in children, and Wednesday, season 7 winner David Cook was in Ethiopia with the United Nations Foundation. And we'd put money on "IGB" regulars Jack Black and Ben Stiller (see videos below) to show. Ditto for 19 artists such as Orianthi and a number of key "Idol" alumni, though it looks like Adam Lambert may be in Europe (satellite feed, anyone?). Maybe David Archuleta will pop by with a new song? How about Cook? Leave any and all "Idol Gives Back" fantasies below ...
