However, we did fine without when we were adepts.. we don't expect you to be perfect, just so you know, it's just if you see someone grief, you have the power to stop them. Expert is when you get to the serious moderating, more than just sitting by and checking up on things.

If we raised the requirements as a whole, would that be considered fair on the people who could be considered for the promo but now denied for not fulfilling requirements? I mean, I'd agree cause that's at least what we had to do.. but changing back at this stage, I'm not exactly thinking this through but first thing that comes to mind, is that it's gonna create problems up than it's gonna solve.

I would like someone to make a cannon, reasonably large and incorporating a fair amount of detail. You're description can be really simple. But don't feel restrained, you may explain further, and be specific if you wish. (3) Links will do for this. You may use google image links even, but try to get full sized pics because google images itself has a massive address attached to the picture. I had trouble working with the picture uploader, but if you have better luck that would be preferred. Example: http://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/TsarCannon.jpg All you need to do, is reference your idea. By picture or sketch, it doesn't matter.
