For members who took images or clips from other websites with sole purpose of sharing with us please give credit where it's due, by mentioning the owner(s) or source you get it from. Do not upload or attach materials which the original owner does not allow it to be published elsewhere.

4 - Posting guidelines.

Politics and religious discussions are strictly prohibited in this forum. Also members shall not make any remarks that is deemed offensive, hateful, racist, discriminatory or in violation of local or international laws.

5 - Dispute between members.

As the club grows we have to accept the fact that along the way there may be fallout between some of its members. We have already stress out before that personal matters should be dealt privately, and the mods will play their role to ensure members adhere to this rule. Only if the case is serious enough that it requires every members attention the mods will allow their comments to be published, but please take note members are still subject to mod's action should they fail to follow the above guidelines while presenting their argument.

Members have every right to disagree and offer their own views. However, you are not free to attack, degrade, insult, or belittle other members or the club entirely.

6 - Committee / Moderator's exercise of power

The HWCM team indeed, monitors very closely every posts made in the forum. But in keeping with the club spirit our priority is to let every members enjoy themselves contributing to this forum, which explains the 'slap on the wrist' for many 'offenses' noticed by us before. However please understand that moderators play huge role in maintaining stability of this forum, and therefore they are given every right to use their own judgement to either delete member's posts, close their threads or in worst scenario ban (temporary or permanent), without prior warning, should members break any of rules highlighted above. The more complicated cases (i.e issues involving several members) are usually discussed among mods before actions being taken.

Moderators usually send private messages to members involved to explain their decision, however it is not compulsary for mods to do it all the time as some cases aren't worth to be given any explanation, as the rules already clearly stated in the forum. If one feel victimized by mod's decision, he / she is still welcomed to discuss with the mod responsible, or other mods, provided he / she approach us privately (via private message), and be polite with us.
