Although he didnt do much Laughing but still was a massive help, put the new tyres on my bike and think found the problem with what happened... think its the calipers.. around the seals you could see looks like a seal that has come out of the piston dust seal and dont think they are going back that little bit that they should.

i know what you mean,happended to my rear caliper a while back i just peeled it out and it was fine eventually i replaced all the seals hope you get it fettled thumbs.
