off the DVLA If your vehicle was constructed before 1 January 1973, you could tax it in the 'historic vehicle' tax class. Further information can be found on leaflet INF34. Hope this helps

thanks lads,vehicle was first registered in 1982 so cant get away with it but i might be able to claim classic insurance

dick most insurers say they have gotta be over 15 years old to be insured as a classic so you will be well in there!
