running slow?

i'm not sure if its just my internet connection out in the arse end of no where but this site seems to be running really slow over the last few days, any one else getting this?

i would say clear your history and cookies but defraging your hard drive will not speed things up loading sites!

Also i had trouble earlier posting could view things but went to post and it would time out.
