Base Layers, money no object

If you had your pic of base layer bike kit for winter riding, what would it be.

So far I get on best with Merino wool, long johns and top. I find it much better than the synthetic stuff.

I'd like if I could afford it to buy some of the BMW PCM stuff. This has small parafin bubbles, which melt when you get hot and then if you cool, release the heat back to you. Not an especially technical explination but you get the idea!!

So what would you buy and what have you found to be outstanding for your winter riding..

id like a full revit set bit pricey but i use a lot of there gear and have no complaints

Me I stuff bits of old MCN down me jacket best insulation ever!then you can have a read when yer stop at the motor way services and stuff yer head under the hand dryers!
