I do like the Cafe racer style bikes, I did start to build one with my old single Suzuki GN400, but got offered a huge amount of pennies for the bike as it was.
The GN400 had already been made into a hard tail by me,years before. I will stick a pic up later when i find it & get it scanned

the top one was the one sold lol CB750 Custom, 20,275 miles on the clock when sold last year. 4-2 kerkers with race baffles, best sounding honda i've heard in a long time through tunnels lol

only thing that worries me about the cx is the barrel is part of the crankcase.

weird engines mark but totally reliable,im tempted to get one early cx's had cam chain issues but were sorted on later 80's ones thumbs

dick didnt the early ones have an issue with altenator as well? got a feeling you had to split the crankcase to get to it?

some of the old bikes are cracking things, get on a old 2-stroke and you will know what motorcycling is/was all about Wink

not sure about the altenator xs1100 (gaz)might know thumbs
i like the early kawasaki 2 stroke triples thumbs
