in the top right corner of a post you will see a + sign and a - sign.....clicking on one of those will give a positive or negative rep point......a member does not have to leave a rep but it is considered helpfull when trading as one can get an idea of the trader's reputation

once a rep has been left there is no way to find out who has left it....I trust the members to make their own decisions and a neg point is a neg point......the people I trade with know I try to be fair, I'm just rather slow at keeping track of the new requests but I get to them eventually and it helps when traders repost if they think I have forgotten them 8)
