avitars can not exceed 200 px high and 150 px wide...and cannot be bigger than 64 kb. Although I have used pics bigger than this (like the one I have now) and it is automatically resized

I dont know hun sorry, even if the server does automatically resize the siggy then it shouldnt change teh quality of the picture.
If you want me send me the original picture I will se if I can figure out what went wrong with it x

the second pic isn't apearing....

like i said, you made it in too good quality
just resize them first before giving it to a customer
i did thes:
when i saw it wasn't good, i took a screen shot of the one in your shop (i just love the print screen button )
and pasted it to paint, than i cut out the picture and pasted it to another paint window

you could also try adding uplaoding your pics via tinypic.com
Sometimes (especially when adding the large spoiler pictures) they dont upload properly using certain photo sharing programmes, but they work ok with tinypic

I use google as my uploader.
And I don`t wait it as my avatar (yet)...
