Guest Guest Posted January 17, 2010 My dogs name is Luna,and she`s really cute!Well,most of the people say that...Others say that she is a ugly mutt and others that she is crazy...I think that she is one precious angel of a dog!Even if she digs our backyard,destroys the flowers,and eat from our fridge when we`re not home.It all began with my aunt saying that her female dog mated the male pit bull.I was extremely happy when she told me that one puppy will be mine!I hugged her,and when the puppies were born,I couldn`t stop hugging them!However,the puppies weren`t pit bull raced,and they even didn`t look like a pit bull.So we had mutts... we were happy however,and I was choosing carefully what puppy to take!I`ve picked Maki,a little hairy puppy.We had a great time,but not for long...One night,he got out of our yard,and was tossed around by other dogs.He died,and I started crying.Then we took Luna,a precious little puppy.On all pictures in this thread she was very young!But her look didn`t change till now.Then another nightmare came!We`ve gone to a vet to give her a vaccine for the dog rabies.The vet noticed something. (a part where we throw out our waste liquid)He told us the bad news.SHE COULDN`T GIVE BIRTH!And if she gets pregnant,she will die of pains!I started crying again,and felt really sad!Then ever worse thing happened!1 year later,she had escaped out of our yard (for the millionth time) and mated with a mutt.We were in a shock because we saw that she had problems!She began to die of pains,and we had to get her to the vet asap.He done an abortion and she was feeling ok.We were glad that it was over!We could rest,because he got her uterus out of her body,and she couldn`t be pregnant anymore!So that`s the tragedy of my dog,what she managed to survive!I`m not giving up on her,and never will!She will stay at our family and never be forgotten,even if she goes to a better place!Having a pet is a big responsibility,and when you get attached to your pet,the chain can never be broke! smorkle 0 Posted January 18, 2010 ahhhh! luna is such a cute doggie! she is so lucky to have someone like you to love and take care of her. you are both very lucky to have that wonderful relationship!! i hope that she stays healthy and hopefully she'll stop sneaking out at night like a teenager! hee hee lol!!
