matti isnt ready for expert he just got adept a while ago.

Although Johnson would make a good expert, I think it's been too short of a time. Imo, keep him as adept for a couple more weeks.

It's not because a GM said yes that we should promote right away. GMs and Experts are the same. Their opinions and decisions are equally important. You might ask what's GM then. Well, we're here to break the ties and make ahead decisions. Also, we mod the mod that mod the mod.
