I've decided to read a lot of stephen king books, and I don't know which to read next :/ I've only read The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon and The Shining so far. lightning_po 0 Posted April 2, 2012 Have you read any of Dean Koontz? That's my favorite horror author. His Frankenstein series is wonderful. His Odd Thomas series is pretty good too. Demon seed is about a smart computer that takes over this woman's life and implants her with a "perfect" seed, and to me it was pretty freaky. One of my favorites from him is "Life Expectancy".
