He's been around for a while, hasn't majorly abused (cmon, we all like to troll sometimes), and I've also noticed he's been getting more mature. He also basically knows all the commands. I don't care about ages, I care about attitude and behaviour. If he is mature in those aspects (ofc, not expecting him to be mature all the time, just not being too childish) my vote goes to a yes.
