Is there a way to push this back or hide the front of it?

There probably isn't but I really want to use the bench thing in my city scene room but it's bottom is totally different to the pavement. Is the any way to push it back so that the kerb of the pavement is in front of it or is there anything in the shop's that I could put in front of it? :/ Help appreciated
