Ingredients
1/2 cup cooked chicken
1 can tuna in oil
1 tablespoon cooked, mashed carrot
2 tablespoons brown rice
Directions
1.Combine all ingredients in a food processor
2.Pulse until blended and serve.
3.Refrigerate leftovers, and discard after three days. -
