I can not tell you that was a demon talking to you and for you to give up on you & your family. What I am sensing is that you have to intercede on your family behalfs. you can be the one called out by God to save your family through intercession and being led by God in everything you do. Yes this could mean there is or will be something wrong with your ears. This could also be telling you that certain people around you are telling distorted & part truths to you(lies). A roach is filthy nasty bug that has germs. So symbolicaly, a "bug in the ear" shows me that about your ears. Annoint your ears with blessed oil. Can I also add that the beginning of your dream I see that your in a transition of God making you over and you must "like" the makeover sometimes in that process we don't like what we see. Let God truly have control over your life. Surrender to Him in every area because you cannot do it at all. Sometimes we will get in the way and don't know that we are doing it. Stay encourage in the lord. Here are some scripture for you: Proverbs 3 verses 5 and 6. Trust in the Lord with all your heart; lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him; and he will make your paths straight.

Please receive in love, This is a warning dream. As i read your dream the holy spirit showed me that there are some things that have been hidden, stored away, past "things or issues" i believe marriage issues that have been brought out and God has revealed these things to you but you are not addressing some issues and by not doing that, it is eating at you. Leaving these things at front door is giving you time to pay against it before it comes all the way in. If still in the "baby" stage pray against it. DO NOT LET IT GROW. PRAY FOR YOUR MARRIAGE.
