dearest one in the Lord, the bible says that it is not by might nor by power but by the spirit, dont fight off the negetive thoughts by your own power for you are sure to fail and you will wont see any progress out of the dark season you are now in. from now on pray whenever a negetive thought come to you; say "i put on the helmet of salvation, the crown that was put on Christ's head at His suffering and by the blooed that came off from His head i am washed off all negagtivities. confess isaiah 61:3 matt 6:13, Romans 12:2, 2 cor 10:5 & 1 thes 5:8". i will be prayoing for you!
