hello wish. piglet bought 5 of those new boxes and got 5 pies in the face The guy who's installing is fine, he doesn't do the supplying. We've bought all the items from an independent supplier who then recommended the installer, a one man business, who's been really good - he has another job, recommended from the same supplier - and guess what...they're having the same problems. then id say the manager of the supply store needs a serious talking to

i would call the installers back and start telling them off you should at least get a discount or such
