i don't like new items, except for dolls to enlarge my collection and the box that will surely be in cash shop. i don't think i'll buy it unless it has super-rare items such as old juke, inca panpipe, lip couch...and unless they're giftable to trade, since i have them all... wow i didn't see the seaside wallpaper!
