ewoks 0 Posted June 16, 2010 tonight i traded a few rares for some WWF bear items to one of our lovely new members, as my CCs arent enough to purchase the bear set. I got her items and gifts, and i was so excited to put the tree and wear the costume. When i was to put the bear tree in my safari room however,it wasnt in my inventory. No matter how many times i double checked, i couldnt find! so i checked my pets clothing inventory, and the costume wasnt there either! i wouldnt mind if the bear just took a stroll and introduced himself around the other safari animals; just as long as he wont elope with the other petlings. Im quite sure that we received the CC items, it was a lovely trade in fact. Im so worried and annoyed with PF. Ive read that there was a glitch in the WWF package when it first came out, so i didnt buy it then. But ive also read that the same glitch had been resolved. Has anyone experienced the same? Could an item still get lost in PS galaxy once recipient had accepted item? i wouldnt know what to do if I will not be able to retrieve my bear items.i wouldnt know what to do if those Would love to hear some sound advise from anyone. thanks for taking the time to read my rant! I can't buy any CC items, so I've never had that happen to me.HOWEVER: I never got the Free Wall Fountain even tho my friends all clicked on it so I could get it! (Buildables)!! lea75 0 Posted June 16, 2010 I've not heard anything about this being a glich I will have a hunt in Playfish for you and see if anyone else has had this problem Have you tried logging out of pets then going back in and see if they are there? bunnyfuzzyness 0 Posted June 16, 2010 I have had other players telling me they are having items,disappear then reappear.BE patient,if it doesn't come back in 24 hrs ,then I would contact playfish about it.When you contact them about something that cost REAL MONEY they respond.Best of luck! Hell-o Clarice 0 Posted June 17, 2010 I purchased the bear set for my daughter when it first came out. She opened an "empty" box. No items at all. We wrote playfish and they corrected it right away. They told us it happend to some and not others. It was supposedly fixed. If after refreshing the items still arent there then def write to them and let them know your box of bear items was "empty" and they will reimburse you. ewoks 0 Posted June 17, 2010 Thank you all for the replies. I slept on the prob, and prayed to the WWF gods that they return my bear items. I logged in after 9 hours, and the bear tree was in my chest already, together with the tree fertilizer and cooking potion i got as gifts. The bear costume is still not with me tho. I will wait for a few more hours, and if after 24 hours I still do not have the costume, i will definitely write PF.I've bought and traded numerous CC items, and had never had this kind of prob. I hope that this is just one of the drawbacks of their updates. yellownancy - one of my friends experienced w/the fountain and had to buy a fountain from the forum.Lea - I will very much appreciate any feedback. I did not need to keep loggging in and out, as i kept getting kicked out last night anyway, but sadly the bear tree only appeared this morning.Tiddy - Pls do not let my rant scare you. i do hope however, that nothing gets lost from any of your purchases. Bunny - i totally agree with you that they respond quickly when it comes to Real money issues; my only dilemma right now is that i received the bear items as payment from a trade. I wonder if they will take action too.i hope they will!Tweet - i did not expect that it will not autosave as Ive never had this kind of prob.Goth queen- I sure hope i get them soon!Clarice - Glad to know that PF redeemed themselves with your bear package.
