Recommended Posts

Is anyone having problems with Facebook loading? I just tried and it will not load. I got one error message, but after that, it didn't work.

This is what I am getting when I try to log in:

Service Unavailable - DNS failure
The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later.

imagine if facebook totally crashed and they lost everything!!

I would seriously be annoyed having to start all over again lol

I know thats not going to happen as they will have back up servers, but hey...could you imagine how much uproar there would be??

They'd have to reimburse people a ton of cash for the stuff they bought with credits and cash coins. That could be expensive for them.

Sven just heard on the radio that Facebook was down for several hours last night after a software failure. They said it was the worst one in four years. Facebook is so big that it now makes the local news here.

A friend in England said that the BBC reported that the Facebook servers were hacked into. You guys should all change your Facebook passwords immediately. Better to be safe than sorry.

Well someone else said it was a hoax, but I am so to the point that I wouldn't put it past the hackers to do something like that. Sad Who does one believe anyway? It's like one person's word against another person. How does one really stay safe with rumors and other junk going around. It's annoying.

that warning was supposed to of come from the BBC news, but it is a fake

http://www.bbc.co.uk/newsbeat/11403897

This was the official report and it also states the reason for the crash

Saying that, it is always a good idea to change passwords frequently Smile
