yankeedoodle 0 Posted November 9, 2010 is the bike properly warmed up at this point? I get it on the bandit sometimes, usually when its still a bit cold. I think the sudden rush of cold air startles it a bit lol

Grumpyowl 0 Posted November 9, 2010 Airlock, I think yours is the centenial 955I Daytona ?I bought one new back in 2003 I don't know if this will be of use or not but from new it had altitude sickness once you were above a certain height ie at the summit of snake pass or trying to ride over the woodhead it would conk out as if out of fuel, freewheel to lower altitude and it would be ok got the I think (CDI unit) replaced under warranty. Also with the standard can it would not run clean at 30mph very stuttery as if it was runing out of fuel and you had to slip the clutch a right pain in the arse, the cure was a race can and remap so it could breath. this was because of the over zeleous immisions a new bike has to pass .Don't know if this helps but if you've changed the can recently and not been to Mr Triumph for a remap maybe thats the answer ?JIM.
