Has anyone used Halfords Chrome spay paint?

If so! how do you rate it.

there is a lad on Bandit forum setting up a chroming business would the real thing be much more ?

ive only used plasticote chrome paint with mixed results,cant help with the spray.

Im looking at spraying the chicken grips and the side engine covers as they are polished at the moment, but everytime I go out and they get wet they go a dull colour.
It's hard work keeping them polished

Yes! got them on already, it's mainly the engine casings Im concerned about

hi swifty have ya tryed belgom alu to protect the polished casings

he sells a polish,for polished alu will save you alot of time

as for chrome paint,it comes out more like dull alu

Didn't think of Herb, funny thing is I was chatting to him last year at the farmyard rally at the custom show.
